once you become a patron of red flower you will be the first to know about promotions, special offers, and new products. you’ll also have access to manage your email preferences, save your favorite products, view past orders, quickly move through checkout, and create an address book for yourself and the people you send gifts to. 

forgot your password

please log in to your account at redflower.com and click on the ‘forgotten password’ link. enter the email address associated with your redflower.com account. then click ‘email password’. 

update my account information

to update your account information, please log in to your account at redflower.com and click on the information that you would like to update. your account information includes your contact details, profile information, communication preferences, password, delivery details, and favorite products.
